Heard from Aaron today. He's on the way back to home base from Bridgeport. Placed article in Bham news re: his promotion:
Aaron B. Vincent of Hoover was promoted to the rank of Lance Corporal in the U. S. Marine Corps on April 1 and has recently completed three weeks of Winter Warfare Training in northern CA. His supply unit, based at Camp Pendleton, CA, is scheduled for deployment to the Mideast later this year. LCpl Vincent is a 2003 honors graduate of Hoover High School and attended UAB prior to joining the Marine Corps in March 2007. He is the son of Greg & Janice Vincent also of Hoover.
