Rain, rain, rain

Fay has left her imprint on the area. After making a record four landfalls in Florida for the same storm, she has dumped, and is continuing to dump, copious amounts of rain on our fair city. At least I was able to get the grass cut between downpours on Saturday morning. Of course, with all the rain, I'll have to cut it again real soon this week (booooo).
Aaron has been busy with his hash run buddies and has some cool pix of "the gang" on Flickr. The pix indicated he's having a ball out there. He mentioned this week was "range week" so I assume he'll be out shooting and playing in the dirt for the week.
Nadine and Pat came over for the weekend. Nadine was passing through on her way to Chicago for a meeting and dropped off her car for service while she was gone. Pat and Jan did their usual Wally World trip. We had some great hamburgers and chili/slaw dogs Saturday night at the house. I made a big pot of cheese grits Sunday morning. We all pigged out and were properly miserable. Thank God for Tums!
I broke off an old filling on one of my left side pre-molars Wednesday night eating popcorn and had to have the tooth crowned on Friday. Dr. Heaven did a great job, no pain. I was just annoyed that I had to have it done in the first place, we didn't need to spend $400 for the crown.
The dogs are looking real shaggy. They need a trim real soon, hopefully this weekend. They all got their worm medicine yesterday. I cleaned out Sparky & Montana's cage yesterday as well.
