Well, our Marine is in Jordan now. He called from Maine on a one hour refueling stop on Friday night about 10:00 pm and said the flight to Germany would be seven hours, then on to Jordan. I'm sure he's mucho busy now. I haven't heard anything from him since Maine. I hope to hear from him soon though (hint, hint) :-\
This weekend was nice and quiet. Jan worked and I went down to see Dad on Sunday. I got most of the grass cut and trimmed and will finish the backyard today. Our neighbors, the Carrolls, are leaving today for St. Petersburg, Russia for a two week visit with their in-laws (he's an engineer with BE&K on a job there). Wish 'em the best.
Took one of my laptops (the HP) back to Best Buy for warranty service for the third time, all were unrelated repairs :>( It should be ready in about a week.
