Rain

Finally got some rain this morning after about a week and a half of beautiful fall weather. Aaron is up for a special award, more later. He's not leaving for the sea trials until Oct 27.
Jan hired a man, Chris, to clean the outside of the house and deck with bleach last week. Did a good job. Now the same man is helping to finish the kitchen by removing wallpaper, popcorn ceiling, spackling, and painting. He may also remove some dead trees in the back yard and some very high shrubs around the drainage ditch on our property line (very snakey looking). He seems to be a good worker, so far. He lives in Helena, doesn't have a car, and relies on his neighbor to get around. He smokes, claims to be 45, and has a slim build. I have my suspicions about him until he proves otherwise.
I've been downloading a few things on the iPhone. Pretty neat feature. Internet geeks are betting what changes are gonna be in the next software release for the iPhone later this year. Plenty of room for improvement, but the basic phone, as is, works very well for me at least. Time will tell.
