Chatted with Aaron last night. He said he had his recent routine counseling and passed with flying colors. The Sergeant said he was a shoo-in for corporal in October. They were very pleased with his overall maturity, task management, staying out of trouble, and was A+ across the board! He just needed to work on his physical training.
They have assigned a corporal who is built like "Arnold" to work with Aaron. WAY TO GO, KEEP IT UP! Hooahh, semper fi!
Dad fell a month or so ago on the steps at home and cracked his ankle. He's been in a walking cast since then. He went to the Dr recently to have the cast removed and waited two hours. He got tired of waiting, so he went home and cut off the cast himself. He's doing fine... hard-headed, but fine (LOL).
